Lead Times
All pieces are made to order. Due to various factors such as previous pending orders, studio equipment breakdown, and material availability, we are often unable to start your piece right away. We always have a wait list, and your piece will go on it. Wait times average about 4 weeks from order placement to tracking number, but can sometimes stretch as long as 16 weeks depending on the factors listed above. We will contact you to let you know if your piece will take longer than 4 weeks. If you need your piece sooner, due to a gift deadline or something similar, let us know as we can always work a long weekend and put in some overtime to make it work.
All items are for ornamental purposes or for the use of legal smoking mixes only. They are NOT intended for illegal use. You must be 21 years old to purchase anything from this website. It is your sole responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding the possession and use of our products. Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email notification from us. We ensure discreet packaging, utilizing plain boxes that reveal no information about the contents within. Your privacy and the confidentiality of your package are of utmost importance to us.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order, we are often unable to provide a full refund for any work. Even if we are still weeks out from starting your piece, we usually have invested studio resources dedicated to your piece already. We order special colors, and often buy tools specifically for a certain order. If you have to cancel and do not want the piece, we can discuss a refund minus 20% for opportunity cost and expended resources.
unparalleledglass.com accepts returns on all unused products within seven days of the delivery date. A partial refund will be issued when the item has been returned and approved for re-stocking. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. Please pack the piece the same as you received it, we cannot provide a refund on any items broken during return shipment. unparalleledglass.com is not able to accept returns, exchange or offer refunds for products that have been used. Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason.
In the rare instance of damage incurred during shipping, we request immediate notification within 24 hours. To expedite the process of replacement, kindly provide a clear photograph showcasing the damaged piece within its original packaging.
Chargebacks
Should your e-commerce transaction transpire on unparalleledglass.com and you find the received product to be less than satisfactory, kindly initiate contact with us to obtain an RMA number. Upon the return of the product, we will duly credit the card account utilized for the initial purchase.
Allow us to underscore the importance of eschewing unilateral chargebacks in favor of open communication. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact proves costly, protracted, and leaves a negative mark on both our merchant standing and your credit history. unparalleledglass.com does not offer shipping to third parties as gifts or otherwise. We are only able to ship our product(s) to those who have purchased it and agreed to our terms and conditions. Therefore we will only ship to the credit card holder’s name.
For international orders unparalleledglass.com does not guarantee that customs will not confiscate the products ordered by you. If, in the unlikely event your package is confiscated, we will not refund any payments to you, and a reshipment of your order will not be possible. You are solely responsible for knowing the import restrictions on any of the products that you order and that may apply in your country of delivery.
